At Paris Air Show 2013, AgustaWestland has announced contracts for over 20 helicopters valued at approximately 200 million euro. Among the principal agreements announced during the Paris Air Show 2013 are ten helicopters (a combination of AW169, AW139 and AW189 models) for Lease Corporation International, that adds to an order for a large fleet of AgustaWestland Family helicopters signed in 2012.

It is exposed to helicopter vibrations and firing recoil forces of the weapon, and is designed to sustain 20g crash loads as per the existing standards.
