Swiss Air-Rescue Service Rega orders 12 additional five-bladed Airbus H145 helicopters

The Swiss Air-Rescue Service Rega has ordered a second batch of 12 five-bladed Airbus H145 helicopters to be operated from its mountain bases. They will replace the current fleet of AW109SP helicopters. This new order follows an initial contract for nine H145s, announced in March this year. By 2026, Rega will operate an all-Airbus fleet consisting of 21 five-bladed H145s.

Northrop Grumman & US Air Force unveil B-21 Raider aircraft

According to a PR published by Northrop Grumman Corporation on December 2, 2022, the firm and the U.S. Air Force unveiled the B-21 Raider to the world. The B-21 joins the nuclear triad as a visible and flexible deterrent designed for the U.S. Air Force to meet its most complex missions.

BAE Systems and Red 6 to collaborate to bring ATARS augmented reality to Hawk jet trainer aircraft

BAE Systems will collaborate with Red 6 to explore the integration of the Advanced Tactical Augmented Reality Systems (ATARS) onto the Hawk fast jet trainer aircraft. This will enable pilots to identify, engage and defeat virtual threats and cooperate with virtual wingmen whilst airborne.
