Factory trials of the kamikaze attack drone ZALA Lancet have been fully completed, Chief Designer of ZALA AERO of Kalashnikov Concern Alexander Zakharov told TASS.

ZALA Lancet is an intellectual multirole weapon capable of independently detecting the assigned target and destroying it. "It is equipped with a TV channel to transmit real-time images and confirm the hit success. The drone was demonstrated at a presentation and is displayed at ZALA AERO stand in Kalashnikov center," Zakharov said.

Zala drones are constantly upgraded. "Once in three years ZALA drone is renewed and developed into a completely new vehicle. Only the exterior and the name remain from the predecessor. Naturally, new design is ongoing and our experts create new solutions which we present at major exhibitions and events. The latest innovations include KYB-BLA loitering ammunition which was demonstrated at IDEX show in Abu Dhabi in February," he said
