Civil products presented at the exhibition have great potential in the Asia-Pacific region. Currently JSC “Sukhoi Civil Aircraft” received firm orders for 45 SSJ100 aircraft to be delivered to Lao and Indonesia companies. According to UAC estimates SSJ family aircraft might capture up to 14% of this region’s market. Sales till 2030 can surpass 300 aircraft.

At the moment this market is the fastest growing and promising in the world. According to forecasts the annual passenger traffic growth in Asia will surpass that of rest of the world by 1-2%, which makes the Asia-Pacific region one of the most capacious in demand for new aircraft till 2030. New low-cost airlines emerge and develop new destinations, creating new route networks.

SSJ100 and MC-21 programs will be presented to the carriers so that they would have the opportunity to assess the advantages of the aircraft – safety and high level of comfort, cockpit ergonomics and others.

In the middle-term perspective UAC commercial aircraft are the best fit for this market because of their high level of economic efficiency on regional and long-distance routes with capacities ranging from 80 to 200 seats combined with their affordability and high standards of after-sales support. This suits best both low-cost carriers and airlines with strict requirements to business-passenger comfort.

The Be-200 amphibian aircraft is also actively promoted in the region. Its unique performance will allow efficient and flexible operation in the Asia-Pacific region. Total Be-200 deliveries to internal and external markets might comprise from 70 to 100 aircraft in different modifications.

UAC traditionally holds a strong position on the regions military aviation market. More than 350 Su and MiG aircraft have been delivered to Asia-Pacific customers. Su-30 fighters were chosen as main military aircraft by Air Forces of several countries of the region. At the Singapore Airshow the new Su-35 will be presented, with its performance exceeding all 4 and 4+ generation fighters’ characteristics.

Yak-130 combat trainer aircraft export deliveries started last year. The aircraft provides the highest level training for both Russian and foreign 4+ and 5 generation aircraft and is best suited for pilot training in this region. World market capacity for Yak-130 aircraft in the middle-term is about 250 aircraft.
