In all, 44 airfields will be reconstructed before 2020, he added. "The Temp airfield in the Arctic can receive even Ilyushin Il-76 aircraft [NATO reporting name: Candid] now. We are currently working on the Nagurskoye aerodrome that will also receive Il-76 aircraft," the commander said.
