Bhutan to purchase two Airbus H130 light helicopters for fire fighting and SAR missions
 
The Kingdom of Bhutan has selected the Airbus Helicopters H130 light utility helicopter to begin helicopter services in the country. The government will purchase two H130 helicopters at a total cost of around US $7.3M. The H130 will be used for fire fighting and search-and-rescue (SAR) missions besides transportation of passengers and cargo, said the Bhutanese online daily Kuensel Online.

The Australian Government will purchase two additional Airbus A330 Multi-Role Tanker Transport aircraft, designated as KC-30A in the Australian armed forces, for the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) . The two additional KC-30A aircraft will be delivered in 2018 and provide a substantial increase to the air-to-air refuelling capacity of the RAAF, the Australian DoD announced today, July 1st.

Defence and security company Saab has received an order for spare supports for Gripen E fighter aircraft from the Swedish Defence Material Administration (FMV). The order is part of the Gripen E framework agreement which was signed between Saab and FMV in February 2013. The order value amounts to approximately SEK250 million and the order was booked as order intake in the second quarter of 2015, the Swedish company announced today, July 1st, 2015.

Argentine Ministry of Defence signed a memorandum of understanding for the delivery of 12 Airbus Helicopters H125s. The rotorcraft manufacturer announced on June 25 that the MoU was signed during Paris Air Show 2015. These new H125 helicopters will begin replacing the ageing fleet of SA315B Lama helicopters, said Airbus Helicopters.
